Description
Refined – Virtuous – Delicate – Sublime
Like a Jane Austen novel, the English Rose is like fine prose, with superior character, and a sublime storyline. She’s the classic ingenue – pretty, delicate, and poised. You can imagine her sitting in a quaint English garden of wild flowers. She is a young lady with an air of refinement and grace and the physicality of a young maiden. She conveys the idea that she’s well-bred, educated, and finished. She could easily fit into a time past where high hemlines were frowned upon, courtship was a delicate matter, and women were educated in the finer arts. Jane Austen would have a lot to write about the modern age, and like the English Rose, enjoy observing the going’s-on, the dynamics between others and trying to remain above the fray. All this hubbub can appear too ridiculous although amusing; she prefers the solitude of the garden, close quieter friendships and a more gentle life.
